Job Summary

Each day you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan. You will drive the Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses with a Crew Leader and perform our services, including holiday lighting installations and year‑round cleaning services such as window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning. You will perform quality‑assurance checks to ensure service standards and end the day back at the Shine office to recap and prepare for the next assignment. This seasonal position, with a commitment through mid‑December, has the opportunity to become permanent.
