Job Summary

• Daily team briefing to review the plan for the day.
• Drive a Shine vehicle to customer sites, often with another team member, to perform requested services.
• Contact customers en route to alert them of arrival.
• Meet customers face‑to‑face (if at home) before work starts to confirm expectations.
• Assess opportunities for additional services and recommend to the customer.
• Complete post‑job inspection and review work with the customer upon completion.
• Process customer payment through the mobile app and finalize the job.
• Return to the Shine office at day’s end, clean the vehicle, and prepare for the next day.
