Job Summary

You will learn how to become a true Junklugger, starting with the uniform (shirt tucked, hat straight, pants at waist) and a friendly attitude (smiles, eye contact). Educate clients about pricing and services and their benefits prior to giving an estimate, ensuring 110% satisfaction. Safely operate the junk and move truck at all times. Make sure all daily truck inspections are performed (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc.), and that the truck has enough supplies, safety equipment and marketing material.

At Junkluggers, you will acquire skills transferable to nearly any field, including sales, customer service, project management, critical thinking, problem‑solving, logistics and scheduling.
