FASTSIGNS of Leander & Cedar Park is hiring to strengthen our sales team. We focus on helping customers look great through signs and reliable service, delivering deadlines with a proactive, friendly approach. This role offers constant learning, skill growth, and a clear career path.

You will be the first contact for customers, learn to estimate, order work, and guide projects from start to finish while building long‑term client relationships in a dynamic, problem‑solving environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Signage or print industry experience preferred.
• Sales experience preferred; B2B experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial point of contact with current and prospective customers via phone, email, in person, and occasionally at their business location.
• Learn to prepare estimates, write up work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Guide customers through the entire project from first estimate to final installation.
• Turn prospects into long‑term clients by building trust and lasting relationships.
• Participate in daily team meetings and help execute business and marketing plans.
• Take an active role in the ongoing success of the FASTSIGNS Center.

What You'll Do

Physical Requirements
