Job summary

AG Solutions LLC is seeking an Electrical Helper to support our electrical team in commercial and industrial settings across the Four Corners region. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required as you assist with wiring, conduit, and daily tasks under supervision of Journeyman Electricians and I&E Technicians.

You will perform safety analyses, inspections, and keep work areas organized while reporting hours worked.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must pass drug and alcohol testing with no prior positives or refusals.
• Able to safely lift and carry 40+ lbs of equipment, tools, and parts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial and industrial electrical work
• Help pull wire and conductors through various sizes of conduit
• Assist in running and installing conduit or raceways
• Support Journeyman Electricians and I&E Technicians with daily tasks
• Work effectively alongside helpers, electricians, and AG Solutions supervisors
• Perform Job Safety Analyses before beginning work
• Complete daily vehicle and worksite safety inspections
• Continuously monitor work areas to ensure they are free of hazards
• Operate basic tools such as cordless drills and impacts
• Maintain clean and organized worksites and vehicles
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Accurately report and record hours worked
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Adhere to all worksite rules and local, state, tribal, and federal regulations
• Prioritize safety at all times
• Complete a 90-day probationary period

  AG Solutions is seeking a motivated Electrical Helper to support our electrical team in commercial and industrial environments. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and be ready to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused setting. Applicants must also be willing to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with commercial and industrial electrical work

Job Type: Full-time

Travel: Required — approximately 80% of work involves travel
Compensation: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
