Job summary

Chop Chop Rice in Amarillo, TX is seeking a friendly cashier to deliver exceptional customer service and accurately process orders. You will greet guests, take orders, manage the cash drawer, and suggest add-ons to boost sales in a fast-casual Japanese-inspired dining setting.

The ideal candidate will know the menu well, stay organized, work well in a team, and maintain a clean, efficient station while assisting guests and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all monies in your assigned drawer.
• Suggestively sell add-ons with every order.
• Direct the guests after their transaction is complete.
• Keep cashier area clean and organized at all times.
• Stock straws, lids, napkins, and sugar packets.
• Keep drink station wiped down
• Keep counters clean at all times.

Objective

Provide exceptional customer service. Greet all guests happily and enthusiastically. Make sure all orders are rung up correctly. Ensure that the guest is being properly directed.
