Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care is seeking caring caregivers to help clients live independently at home. You will provide daily living support, personal care, mobility assistance, and companionship to clients in their homes.

Responsibilities include meal planning, household management, and coordinating with families to ensure comfort and safety. Training and PPE are provided to support safe, compassionate care.

• Proven ability to provide compassionate home-based care.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living.
• Willingness to follow care plans and safety guidelines.

• Previous experience as a Caregiver in homes or senior communities is a bonus.
