Maximus is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Future of Work function, shaping how roles, skills, and workforce models evolve with AI and automation. You will align HR, Technology, and Operations to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions and oversee governance and budgets.

The role drives the 1- to 3-year roadmap, defines operating models, and partners with senior leaders to implement workforce models that meet business needs while navigating evolving technology feasibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams or a mid-sized function.

Responsibilities

• Lead the multidisciplinary Future of Work function across design, analytics, and AI architecture.
• Own and manage the Future of Work roadmap, budget, and resources.
