Job summary

Polaris Inc. invites graduates to join the Infrastructure & Information Security Leadership Development Program. Over two years, you will rotate through four six-month assignments, gaining hands-on experience in security, infrastructure, compliance, and enterprise technology operations.

You will partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, network, and compliance professionals to strengthen security posture and drive business value while developing technical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity or other related business degree with graduation between Aug 2026 and May 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Willing to commit to 40 hours per week starting Jan 2027 or Jun 2027.

Responsibilities

• Participation in four six-month rotations across infrastructure, security, and technology services.
• Support enterprise technology platforms, security posture, and risk management initiatives.
• Develop leadership, technical, and business skills through project assignments and mentorship.
