You will lead projects, analyze issues with AI tools, and build cross-functional relationships while presenting findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have emerging AI fluency and the ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret information and develop insights.
• Bachelor’s degree completed in 2026 or expected between August 2026 and May 2027, in a related business discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across rotations by partnering with business leaders to define objectives and deliverables.
• Use AI tools and data to analyze issues and quantify potential impact with guidance from senior team members.
• Build cross-functional relationships with participants and stakeholders across the organization.
• Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and action plans to stakeholders.
• Support line management in implementing recommendations.
