Job summary

LexisNexis is seeking a General Management Associate for its Executive Development Rotational Program. This hybrid, two-year program offers three rotations in core business functions, exposure to senior leadership, and hands-on leadership development.

Participants work with executives on go-to-market strategy, AI-driven challenges, and strategic initiatives, gaining broad business experience and mentorship. Spring 2027 start, multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree before the program start date.
• 1–2+ years of relevant internship, professional work, academic project, or extracurricular experience.
• Emerging AI fluency through curiosity or experience with AI tools.
• Demonstrate learning, initiative, and collaboration across experiences.
• Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Analytical and quantitative skills to interpret information and derive insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders across rotations to address meaningful business issues and opportunities.
• Define project objectives and develop plans and deliverables to support them.
• Use AI tools, frameworks, and data to analyze issues and quantify potential impact with senior support.
• Build cross-functional relationships across the organization.
• Prepare and present findings, recommendations, next steps, and action plans to stakeholders.
• Support line management in bringing recommendations to life; complete a Capstone Innovation Project.
