Peninsula Truck Lines, Inc. is seeking an Oregon Maintenance Supervisor to oversee, plan, and coordinate maintenance on our fleet of company-owned trucks, trailers, and shop equipment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in diesel, heavy truck, or fleet maintenance.
• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial truck repair, diagnostics, and PM standards.
• Experience with DOT/FMCSA regulations and documentation requirements.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee PM schedules, inspections, and repairs for tractors, trailers, and related equipment.
• Ensure DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations are followed.
• Lead maintenance technicians, schedule workflow, and set performance expectations.

• Foster a safety-first, collaborative, and continuous improvement culture.
