Qualifications

• College degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to represent Fifth Third Bank professionally in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
• Ability to execute and coach sales activities.
• Demonstrates business acumen and sound decision making.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities, including Certification.
• Build deep consumer and small business relationships by providing a memorable customer experience.
• Gain knowledge of Fifth Third's products, services, processes, and resources to guide and lead the team.
• Develop consultative selling skills to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Learn to source, develop, and coach a team that reinforces core values and strategy.
