Charlotte Country Club’s Manager in Development (MID) program offers hands-on experiences for postgraduates pursuing a career in club management in Charlotte, NC. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or in a related field.
- 2 years of prior club and/or food and beverage experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- The MID will experience all aspects of the Club’s food and beverage operations, including A la Carte dining, Banquet event operations, and the Pool Snack Bar operations.
- An individualized curriculum of on the floor training and curiosity driven education, based upon personal goals and interests
- Weekly one on one meetings with an assigned Assistant Clubhouse Manager
- Reflection on weekly takeaways and challenges
- Collaboration with other leaders around the Club
