Shopko is seeking a General Manager in Training for the St. Cloud, MN area. In this role, you will support the General Manager in daily store operations, oversee patient care and eyewear dispensing, and drive store performance through leadership of the team.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience with strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in day-to-day store operations, including dispensing eyewear and patient care.
• Lead and coach store team; participate in hiring and training.
• Support with scheduling and payroll functions.
• Drive sales, gross margin and financial outcomes through merchandising and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and federal/state laws.
• Provide excellent customer service and patient care in interactions.
• Maintain effective communication with team and GM on initiatives and metrics.
• Assist with long-term career progression toward GM openings.
