Rotational Engineers build a foundation in LANXESS and core engineering skills before taking engineering roles at North American facilities.
They learn hands-on by developing compliance and continuous improvement projects during rotations.
Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering.
- 0-3 years of engineering experience with prior intern/co‑op experience in manufacturing and/or design preferred.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Domestic travel and relocation over a period of 2-3 years.
Responsibilities
- Rotational Engineer Program includes rotations at the Americas regional engineering center and manufacturing plants.
- Develop/compliance and/or continuous improvement projects during rotations.
