You will work alongside project managers and superintendents, gain hands-on experience, and participate in mentorship, networking events, and professional development over a 10-week program.

Dates: 5/24/2027 - 8/5/2027; 40 hours per week; paid internship with exposure to bid packages, RFIs, and site coordination.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in construction, engineering, or business.
• Previous internship, volunteer work, or work experiences is a plus.
• Passion for construction and general contracting industry.
• Ability to work ~40 hours per week for 10 weeks.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project software such as Microsoft Office 365, Procore, Adobe and BlueBeam is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery alongside project managers and superintendents.
• Assist with subcontractor coordination, material tracking, and file management.
• Contribute to document control processes including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Assist in bid packages and in soliciting subcontractor bids.
• Aid progress reporting and client communications.
• Support jobsite activities such as reviewing drawings and coordinating trades.
