Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• Hybrid role located in Camden, NJ; travel International & Domestic 20%.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, and development of Subaru's future connected vehicle ecosystem.
• Coordinate with SBR, NASI, SOA teams and external partners to define roadmaps and requirements.
• Develop CX/UX requirements for infotainment, telematics, and connected services.
• Own transition of CV concepts from planning into product development; ensure handoffs.
• Lead BRD/SDD processes and maintain alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
