Job summary

Subaru of America in Camden, NJ, is seeking a product leader to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer-facing features across MySubaru, infotainment, and other digital touchpoints. You will partner with business, engineering, design, and operations to deliver seamless CX and tangible business value.

The role requires 6–8 years in product management, strong CX and data integration expertise, and a deep understanding of automotive and digital trends.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in product management, preferably in automotive or connected vehicles.
• Experience guiding CX-focused digital features across platforms.
• Ability to translate complex tech features into clear requirements.

Responsibilities

• Bridge product strategy and execution to deliver market-ready features.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to market release.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations for seamless CX.
• Oversee testing and quality assurance for connected vehicle features.
• Manage and develop PBAs and ensure roadmap alignment.
