Job summary

Subaru of America is seeking to operationalize EV strategy by planning business operations that support a unique Subaru ownership experience. You will influence battery lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, and executive decision-making in a dynamic environment.

You will lead cross‑functional collaboration with teams across SOA, TMNA, and alliance partners, guiding launches and ongoing support while managing multiple projects and deadlines with analytical rigor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in related roles.
• Strong analytical skills for time-sensitive decision-making.
• Knowledge of EV regulation and market conditions.
• Cross-functional coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Re-evaluate and establish standardized program management practices for the ICE to HEV/BEV transition, coordinating working groups to keep milestones on track.
• Lead Alliance vehicle launch prep and ongoing support with counterparts across SOA, TMNA, TMC, and SBR teams.
• Lead battery life cycle management strategy, including a closed-loop approach for post-vehicle-use batteries and recycling considerations.
• Provide strategic input on prioritization, contingency planning, escalation, and project transitions for SOA and leadership.
• Analyze EV market conditions, incentives, and program implications to inform executive decisions.
• Communicate complex analyses clearly to diverse audiences.
• Represent Subaru in external industry groups and industry engagements.
• Develop risk mitigation and transition strategies across programs.
