Lennar is seeking a Future Builders - Financial Analyst in Miami to support monthly financial reports, budgeting, variance analyses, and automation opportunities in finance workflows.

This one-year program targets recent graduates with a finance-related degree, offering hands-on training, structured onboarding, and potential transition to full-time roles based on performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics and recent graduate between May 2026 and May 2027.
• Foundational knowledge of financial concepts including P&L, journal entries, GAAP and GL management.
• Exposure to data analytics, automation tools (Power Automate, Python) or AI concepts preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with monthly financial reports, budget tracking, and variance analyses for assigned departments.
• Process and code invoices to GL accounts, verify PO matching, coordinate with Vendor Management and AP teams.
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting by gathering data, building models, and validating results.
• Maintain cost center records and assist with chargeback allocations and reconciliations.
• Identify automation opportunities within finance workflows using AI-assisted solutions.

The Technology track is a one-year, developmental program for recent graduates that prepares participants for careers in core business operations. The start date for the program will be June 2027.

Job Responsibilities

• Future Builder - Financial Analyst
• Assist with preparation of monthly financial reports, budget tracking, and variance analyses for assigned departments
• Process and code incoming invoices to appropriate GL accounts, verify PO matching accuracy, and coordinate with Vendor Management and Accounts Payable teams
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles by gathering data, building models, and validating results
• Maintain cost center records and assist with chargeback allocations and reconciliation of utility and prepaid accounts
• Identify, scope, and help implement automation opportunities within finance workflows using AI-assisted solutions
• Participate in finance process transformation initiatives, documenting current-state workflows and recommending improvements
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture

Qualifications

• Current senior or recent graduate between May 2026 and May 2027.
• Completing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related analytical role
• Foundational knowledge of financial concepts including financial modeling, journal entry development, monthly/quarterly P&L reporting (GAAP), and GL management
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic modeling)
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint)
• Exposure to or coursework in data analytics, automation tools (Power Automate, Python, RPA), or AI/ML concepts preferred
• Experience with or understanding of ERP/invoicing systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Coupa) is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site at Miami headquarters 5 days per week
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Upon program completion, the Company will decide whether to offer high-performing RCGs a regular full-time position within similar roles under these verticals, based on factors such as job performance and business needs. It is important to note that placement in the Company post-program is not guaranteed.
