Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in the Redding, CA area. As a Management Trainee, you will learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch and positioned to eventually run your own location.

Training covers customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with mentoring and promotion from within. The program emphasizes community engagement and developing relationships essential to growing the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• This position requires a valid CA Driver's license.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Management Training Program and learn the business from day one.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing internal operations.
• Learn to run a branch, cultivate new business and develop a team.
• Proactively build relationships in the community to grow the business.
