Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in the Visalia market, with opportunities across Visalia, Hanford, Porterville and nearby communities. As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn the business from day one and support a neighborhood branch while preparing to run your own location.

This program includes hands-on training, mentoring, and a clear path for promotion within Enterprise Mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid CA driver's license.
• Minimum six months in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Develop skills to eventually run your own Enterprise location.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and hands-on training.
