Responsibilities

Learn VIP processes and be prepared to lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Hire, develop, and coach store associates to meet VIP standards and LMS requirements.
Schedule the team to meet customer needs during all hours of operation.
Communicate effectively with the team through daily huddles and store meetings.
Ensure compliance with service ethics codes and applicable regulations.
Assist with policy administration at the location and act as a liaison with management.
