Job summary

Fluke is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead the Fusion SaaS and Services Enablement program from Everett, WA. You will own end-to-end delivery across Finance, OM, RMCS, Subscription, and CPQ, coordinating with ERP, CRM, and Finance teams to realize business outcomes.

You will partner with executives and vendors to align roadmaps, drive governance, and stabilize SSO during transition, aiming for measurable improvements in revenue protection, billing accuracy, and order-to-cash speed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in technology leadership with 5+ years leading large-scale ERP transformations.
• Proven track record delivering multi-year, multi-workstream SaaS modernization programs in global manufacturing.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, EBS, SAP or equivalent.
• Ability to manage executive stakeholders and complex vendor relationships.
• Strong planning, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Lean/Agile/SAFe or similar continuous improvement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program planning and execution across Finance, OM, RMCS, Subscription Management, CPQ, and enabling systems.
• Partner with Services and Commercial leaders to deliver scalable systems and workflows for service delivery, renewals, billing and lifecycle management.
• Drive revenue recognition compliance, renewals automation, and cross-channel governance.
• Own vendor/partner relationships and joint roadmap planning with Oracle and partners.
• Coordinate across ERP, CRM, Digital, Data, Finance and Operations for Fusion capabilities.
• Provide executive status updates and drive funding, risk, and value realization.
• Support EMEA continuity and centralize global ERP leadership.
