Job summary

Fluke is seeking an experienced Fusion SaaS Enablement Leader to drive end-to-end transformation across Finance, OM, RMCS, Subscription Management, CPQ, and related systems. This US-based role partners with executive leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes and ensure governance across multiple workstreams.

The role requires 15+ years in tech leadership with ERP transformation experience, strong vendor management, and a track record of cross-functional influence in global manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business or related field.
• 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in large ERP transformations.
• Proven track record delivering multi-year Saas modernization programs.
• Deep ERP domain experience: Finance, OM, RMCS, Subscription, CPQ, Service.
• Ability to manage executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution across Fusion SaaS portfolio.
• Collaborate with Services and Commercial leaders on scalable systems.
• Ensure revenue recognition, renewals, billing and lifecycle management.
• Manage vendor/partner relationships and joint roadmap planning.
• Coordinate ERP/CRM integration and cross-team dependencies.
• Define and track business outcomes, provide executive updates.
