Job summary

KeyLogic, seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to support ORNL Fusion Directorate, focusing on integrated cost and schedule management. You will develop schedules with Primavera P6, manage budgets, forecast costs, and provide performance reporting to project leaders and technical teams.

The ideal candidate brings extensive project controls experience, strong Primavera P6 skills, and a solid grasp of EVM and baseline management in complex engineering programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project controls experience.
• Hands-on Oracle Primavera P6 proficiency.
• Strong background in project cost management, scheduling, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Ability to communicate project performance to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Support project budget development, cost tracking, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Establish and maintain project performance baselines and reporting metrics.
• Perform critical-path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and cost/schedule impact evaluations.
• Monitor project performance and provide recommendations to address potential deviations.
• Prepare detailed project controls reports, forecasts, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) processes and performance measurement activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, and leadership to evaluate project progress and resource requirements.
• Support change control, baseline management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
