Amentum in Oak Ridge, TN seeks a mid-level Project Controls Specialist to manage project schedules and EVMS data for nuclear projects. Strong Primavera P6 and EVMS expertise, plus experience with PeopleSoft and DelTek COBRA, are required.

Ideal candidates will have a BA/BS in a related field and at least five years of federal government project experience, with proficiency in MS Office suite and a focus on accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field plus 5+ years of related experience OR equivalent mix.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software (5+ years).
• Experience with PeopleSoft and DelTek COBRA for financial reporting.
• MS Office suite proficiency; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access.
• Experience on federal government projects; EVMS expertise preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop project schedules in Primavera P6 for engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction.
• Apply EVMS guidelines to baseline schedules and estimates.
• Support budget estimate preparation and validation for completeness and accuracy.
• Integrate validated estimates into Primavera for resource-loaded schedules and cost profiles.
• Create resource and spending profiles to optimize staff and funding alignment.
• Maintain PMB scope, schedule and budget through baseline change processing.
• Produce weekly to monthly project updates for schedule reviews and performance metrics.
• Coordinate project accounting data flow: charge codes, hours tracking, costs reporting.
• Work with leads on ETC and EAC data generation and review.
