Fulcrum Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer & Operator to program, set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines to manufacture precision parts per detailed specifications.

The ideal candidate has strong CNC programming background and a commitment to quality and safety standards. The role requires translating CAD/CAM data into machine instructions, loading materials, performing test runs, inspecting outputs, and maintaining machine performance in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CNC Programmer & Operator or similar role.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, drawings, and CAD files.
• Strong math skills for precise measurements.
• Ability to translate CAD/CAM data into machine instructions.
• Commitment to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines using G-code or other languages to meet specifications.
• Set up and operate milling machines for drilling, grinding, and milling tasks.
• Load materials, run tests, and adjust for output quality.
• Inspect finished parts and coordinate with quality teams on discrepancies.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
• Maintain production records and report issues to supervisor.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and keep a clean, safe workspace.
