Job summary

Fulcrum Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer & Operator to program, set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines to manufacture precision parts according to detailed specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming, technical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include translating drawings and CAD files into machine instructions, loading materials, running tests, inspecting parts, and recording

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer & Operator with CNC programming and machine operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and CAD files.
• Strong mechanical understanding and precise math skills.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines using G-code to meet specifications and set up milling tasks.
• Load materials, run tests, and adjust processes to meet quality standards.
• Inspect finished parts, document outputs, and coordinate with quality teams.
• Perform routine CNC maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure machine performance.
• Maintain production records and report issues to the Machine Shop Supervisor.
• Follow PPE and safety protocols to maintain a clean, safe shop floor.
