Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance for heavier items.
• Warehouse/retail/furniture handling experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Strong customer service focus and attention to detail.

• Commitment to safety procedures and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture and home furnishings.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, lifts, pallet jacks, dollies) following safety procedures.
• Inspect, prepare, and maintain merchandise to Ashley quality standards for pickup or delivery.
• Load, unload, organize, and stage merchandise to support warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with product preparation, minor repairs, and repackaging for customer readiness.
• Support inventory activities including cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Provide exemplary customer service as a representative of the Ashley brand in warehouse and at homes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and complete documentation on time.
