Ashley Furniture is hiring a Retail Warehouse Associate to join our fulfillment team. You will safely handle furniture, operate warehouse equipment, and ensure merchandise meets quality standards for pickup or delivery.

Qualificações

• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver up to 100 pounds with assistance for heavier items.
• Warehouse/distribution or retail handling experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Customer and quality focus with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Safely receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture and home goods throughout the warehouse and distribution process.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, lifts, pallet jacks, dollies) following safety procedures.
• Inspect, prepare, and maintain merchandise to meet Ashley quality standards for pickup or delivery.
• Load, unload, organize, and stage merchandise to support efficient operations and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with product preparation, minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging to ensure readiness for customers.
• Support inventory management activities, including cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Deliver exemplary customer service as a professional Ashley representative in the warehouse and at customers' homes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and complete documentation accurately on time.
