Ashley Furniture is hiring for a Retail Warehouse Associate to join our team in the United States. You will support warehouse operations, product preparation, handling, and quality assurance to ensure timely customer pickups and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Able to lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver furniture up to 100 pounds, with assistance for heavier items and frequent physical activity.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, retail, furniture handling, inventory, or material handling is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences with high product quality and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator who collaborates with customers, teammates, and leaders to support a positive work environment.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture throughout the warehouse and distribution process.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, lifts, pallet jacks, and dollies following all safety procedures.
• Inspect, prepare, and maintain merchandise to meet Ashley quality standards before pickup or delivery.
• Load, unload, organize, and stage merchandise to support inventory accuracy.
• Assist with product preparation, minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging to ensure merchandise is customer-ready.
• Support inventory management activities, including merchandise tracking, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service by creating positive experiences for customers in the warehouse and in their homes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and complete required documentation accurately and on time.
