Ashley Furniture is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate in Bolingbrook, IL to maintain floor inventory and support the Visual Merchandiser for effective product placement. The role oversees warehouse operations, including loading/unloading, wrapping, and storage for customer pick-up or delivery.

Responsibilities include unloading, setting up showroom products, coordinating with the Visual team, processing receipts, and keeping the backroom clean.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift and transport objects over 100 lbs.
• Reliable attendance.
• Thrives in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load products from semi-trailers.
• Arrange showroom floor and incoming products.
• Wrap and store sold items for delivery or pickup.
• Coordinate with Visual team to prioritize floor setup.
• Document product receipt and other warehouse paperwork.
• Receive, distribute, and install parts for floor samples repairs.
• Organize and clean the warehouse backroom.
• Perform minor building maintenance tasks.
• Complete weekly warehouse checklist.
• Help reduce store operating expenses related to warehouse.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with team.
• Provide leadership when needed.
