Job summary

Barletta Boats in Bristol, Indiana, is looking for a Production Team Member – Furniture Install to assemble and install furniture on premium pontoon boats, including fiberglass components and electrical connections.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced setting. All candidates will complete pre-employment screenings and work with PPE in an indoor environment.

About the Role

The Production Team Member – Furniture Install plays a key role in bringing our premium pontoon boats to life by installing furniture, fiberglass components, steering systems, and electrical connections.

What You’ll Do
