Job summary

Barletta Boats is seeking a Production Team Member – Furniture Install to assemble furniture, fiberglass components, steering systems, and electrical connections on premium pontoon boats at our Bristol, IN facility.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Lifting up to 50 lbs and overtime on weekends may be required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on rear rails and panels.
• Identify and repair defects such as scratches, dents, and surface imperfections.
• Use hand tools and production equipment to complete finishing work.
• Maintain production standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment.

About the Role

The Production Team Member – Furniture Install plays a key role in bringing our premium pontoon boats to life by installing furniture, fiberglass components, steering systems, and electrical connections.

What You’ll Do

• Perform quality inspections on rear rails and panels
