Job summary

Gardner White Furniture & Mattress is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our retail team. You will guide customers to furniture selections, close sales, and ensure a superior buying experience.

You will build relationships, follow up with clients, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily and weekly sales goals, while staying current on product trends and promotions. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred in furniture/home furnishings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers.
• Strong customer service orientation to deliver a positive shopping experience.
