Jones Lang LaSalle invites applications for a Senior Project Manager, Furniture, on-site across Atlanta, Detroit, Salt Lake City and Seattle. You will manage full furniture project lifecycles, coordinate inventories, design documentation, and closeout packages while maintaining strong client communication and regional teamwork.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, PM or related field and 4–6 years of furniture/project management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in interior design, architecture, PM or related field.
• 4–6 years of project management experience in furniture, interior design, or construction.
• Experience managing multiple projects across diverse locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of furniture projects including redensifications, seat utilizations, re-sets, decommissions, and new furniture procurement.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets with regular updates and accurate tracking.
• Coordinate site logistics and onsite activities for all defined scopes of work.
• Manage project closeout activities including O&M package creation, review, and client submission.
• Respond to client requests within 24 hours, ensuring timely acknowledgment and resolution.
