Job summary

Labconco Corporation is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support our Sales Engineering team and dealer partners from quotation through installation. This entry-level role focuses on coordinating projects, managing documentation, and ensuring accurate quotes and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Two years related experience in project coordination, estimating, customer service, or sales support preferred.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems or project management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review project requests and perform take-offs for quick quotes or smaller opportunities.
• Generate custom product request forms and supporting documentation.
• Develop project cost spreadsheets and prepare customer quotations.
• Enter and manage orders in the ERP system, coordinating with manufacturing.
• Communicate with dealers to support scheduling and shipment timelines.
• Serve as primary liaison between furniture dealers and internal departments.
