Job summary

Emerald Blue in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a Furniture Installer to unpack, install and assemble commercial furniture for residential and commercial clients in central office buildings around the Twin Cities.

You will follow blueprints, maintain safety, and work with a team to ensure timely, precise installations. A high school diploma is preferred; prior office furniture experience is a plus; reliable transportation is required. Weekly pay and PTO from day one are offered.

Your Role:
As an Furniture Installer, you will play a vital role in unpacking, installing, and assembling various types of furniture for both residential and commercial clients. You will work in centrally located commercial office buildings around the Twin Cities, ensuring a convenient commute and comfortable indoor work environment. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Unpack & Install: Bring energy and precision as you unpack, install, and rearrange commercial furniture to exceed customer expectations.

• Blueprint Mastery: Follow detailed blueprints and installation techniques with accuracy, ensuring every piece is perfectly placed.

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to be on your feet for the entire shift.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to push and pull weights of up to 200 lbs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous experience in office furniture installation is a plus.
• Familiarity with small hand tools is required.
• Ability to read blueprints is preferred.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from job sites.
