Your Mission:

As a Lead Installer, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming workspaces and enhancing the way businesses operate. Your leadership will help us achieve our vision of becoming the first “World Class Provider” of facility services, and you'll do this with a commitment to excellence every day.

In this role, you’ll supervise a dedicated team of installers, ensuring that furniture installations, repairs, moves, and deliveries are executed seamlessly. Your focus on exceptional customer service and high-quality work will be crucial in creating a smooth workflow and delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead with Purpose: Supervise installation teams of 2-10 members, fostering a cohesive and collaborative environment.
  • Furniture Installation: Work alongside your crew conducting furniture installation.
