Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; prior finishing experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform essential duties and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Read manifests and routing to understand product specs and finishing processes.
• Apply stains, toners, and dyes using spray equipment with color accuracy.
• Apply polyurethane coatings and determine proper application rates to meet coverage requirements.
• Sand and prep components between coats for quality finish.
• Inspect finished work and perform touch-ups to meet quality standards.
• Set up and maintain finishing area equipment and adhere to safety standards.
• Collaborate in a team environment to meet production goals.
