Responsibilities

  • Follow standard work methods and safe practices to maximize efficiency and safety.
  • Assemble upholstered furniture components into completed chairs and products.
  • Use hand tools and power tools to secure and align parts per work instructions.
  • Inspect parts and finished products for quality, fit, finish, and operation.
  • Identify and communicate quality or assembly issues to team leaders or supervisors.
  • Cross-train in other departments and support continuous improvement initiatives.
