Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience finishing manufactured products preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret shop orders and safety data sheets.

Responsibilities

• Read manifests and routings to understand product specs and finishing steps.
• Apply stains, toners, and dyes using spray equipment to match samples.
• Apply polyurethane coatings with spray guns to achieve required coverage.
• Sand and tack components between coats for proper finish quality.
• Inspect own work and perform touch-ups to meet quality standards.
• Maintain finishing area equipment and follow safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and work overtime as needed.
