Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their design needs and preferences.

Provide expert advice on furniture selection, layout, and styling.

Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to enhance customer experience.

Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store presentation.

Manage customer orders and ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Process sales and self-audit them for accuracy

Requirements:

Proven experience in furniture sales or interior design is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with customers.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

A passion for home decor and a keen eye for design.
