Job summary

BedMart and Mind’s Eye Interiors, located in Hawaii, invites you to join a team that helps customers create spaces they love. You will guide customers through furniture and design selections with a consultative approach, building relationships and delivering an inspiring showroom experience.

What You’ll Earn

• $50,000 – $85,000+ annual earnings potential (Hourly base pay + uncapped commission)

• Guide customers through furniture and home design selections using a consultative approach
• Build strong relationships and create a welcoming, inspiring showroom experience
• Help customers bring their vision to life with thoughtful product recommendations
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Develop product and design knowledge that builds confidence and credibility
