Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses is looking for a Furniture Delivery Assistant in Manchester, CT. You will support the Delivery Driver by inspecting, wrapping, and preparing orders for transport, then loading and unloading the truck, and assembling furniture at the customer's home as requested.

You'll work as part of a team to ensure a smooth delivery experience and help create beautiful living spaces.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move furniture up to 200 lbs.
• Commitment to safety practices and a clean work environment.
• Capable of safe, collaborative loading/unloading.
• Professional, courteous, customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist Delivery Driver to inspect, wrap, and prepare each order for transport.
• Load and unload the truck.
• Assemble furniture at the customer's home and place items as requested.
• Contribute to a warm and memorable delivery experience.
