Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Furniture Delivery Driver in Manchester, CT. You’ll inspect, wrap, load, and transport furniture, then assemble pieces at customer homes and ensure accurate placement for the final setup.

The role requires practical strength and a focus on safety while delivering a quality customer experience. You must have a valid driver's license with a clean record, be able to pass a DOT physical, and operate a 24–26 ft truck.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Successful completion of a DOT physical exam and MVR.
• Experience operating a 24–26 ft straight/box truck.
• Ability to lift and move heavy furniture (up to 200 lbs) safely.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Professionalism, patience, and courtesy in customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, wrap, and load deliveries to ensure items are protected.
• Assemble furniture at customer homes and place pieces as requested.
• Perform minor touchups and assist with final positioning in the home.
