Symbiotic Services is seeking an experienced Auto Cutter Operator / Furniture CAD Technician for a confidential client in the furniture manufacturing sector. The role focuses on creating, arranging, and optimizing fabric patterns using CAD software to maximize material yield and ensure accurate cutting for customer orders.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Lectra Formaris and Diamino, fabric pattern development, marker preparation, and cutting operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Furniture CAD experience.
• Experience with Formaris and Diamino for upholstery patterns.
• Pattern layout, marker development, and fabric utilization.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Develop and arrange upholstery patterns to optimize fabric use.
• Prepare cutting layouts and markers for production.
• Verify geometry, dimensions, and pattern accuracy in CAD.
• Collaborate with cutting operators to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain organized CAD files and production records.
