Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Furniture CAD experience, including Formaris and Diamino.

Responsibilities

• Develop and arrange upholstery patterns using furniture CAD software based on fabric dimensions, designs, and customer specifications.
• Create and optimize pattern layouts and cutting markers to maximize fabric yield and minimize material waste.
• Utilize Formaris and Diamino software for furniture pattern preparation and layout optimization.
• Verify the accuracy of geometric shapes, pattern details, dimensions, and individual components within the CAD system.
• Generate full-size patterns using Okidata printing equipment.
• Measure and identify fabric repeats to ensure proper alignment and cutting accuracy.
• Prepare accurate cutting layouts for operators based on specific customer orders.
• Monitor marker quality and quantity to support production requirements.
